Since opening our doors in 2000, Casa de Oakes has been more than just a place to live — it’s been a place to belong. From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: to enhance the lives of those we care for by providing warmth, respect, and personalized support.

Every resident who comes to Casa de Oakes brings their own story, their own strengths, and their own needs. We honor that individuality by offering choices, fostering independence, and creating an environment where dignity always comes first.

Each of our homes is thoughtfully designed for a specific group of residents, allowing our team to provide care that truly fits the people we serve. Today, Casa de Oakes includes three homes for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, one for older adults, and one designed with extra love and attention for those with memory care needs.
